Returns & Exchanges

At Tines Ranch CO LLC, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

All diamond sales are final. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued on diamond purchases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Tines Ranch Co LLC will notify you by email regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Exchanges

Tines Ranch Co LLC only replaces items if they arrive defective or damaged. To start a return or exchange, email us at:

Repairs & Ring Resizing

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with ring resizing, repairs, or warranty-related services unless otherwise stated by Tines Ranch Co LLC.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Tines Ranch Co LLC can create your return and email you a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns or exchanges. The cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund amount unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
