Warranty & Repairs Policy

At Tines Ranch CO LLC, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all jewelry. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal wear.

Warranty coverage is provided at the sole discretion of Tines Ranch Co LLC.

Important Warranty Terms

  • Warranty is limited to Tines Ranch Co LLC’s discretion.
  • Tines Ranch Co LLC reserves the right to deny any warranty claim at any time.
  • Warranty is void if any third-party jeweler repairs or resizes the item. Customers must contact us directly for all repair or resizing requests.
  • Customers who modify, repair, or resize their jewelry outside of Tines Ranch Co LLC assume full responsibility for any resulting damage.

What Is Covered

Tines Ranch Co LLC will only repair or replace items that are determined to have failed due to a manufacturing defect.

If a replacement is required, it will be issued as the same item or a similar style if the original is no longer available.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Missing stones of any kind, including lab-grown diamonds
  • Broken, lost, or damaged stones due to customer neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from impact, misuse, or accidents
  • Damage from chemicals, water exposure, or improper care
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Turquoise stones or any stones damaged due to customer handling or neglect

Tines Ranch Co LLC is not responsible for missing stones after delivery. Customers are responsible for insuring their jewelry, including lab diamonds and precious stones, against loss or damage.

Repairs & Resizing

All repair and resizing requests must be handled directly by Tines Ranch Co LLC.

Please email us before sending any item for repair or resizing. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
