Returns & Exchanges
At Tines Ranch CO LLC, all policies below apply to every order placed on our website.
Final Sale – Diamonds & Lab Diamonds
All diamond and lab diamond purchases are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on any diamond or lab diamond items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Exchange must be for a different size of the same product only
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Exchange Timeframes
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Return Approval Rights
Tines Ranch Co LLC reserves the right to:
- Refuse any return or exchange for any reason
- Reject returned items that do not meet eligibility requirements
- Deny returns that are not approved in advance
- Refuse delivery of unauthorized returns
We recommend contacting us before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Jewelry damaged by the customer
- Items showing signs of wear or misuse
Return Shipping & Condition
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
- Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging
Warranty Notice
All non-diamond jewelry includes a limited lifetime warranty, provided at the sole discretion of Tines Ranch Co LLC.
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if damage is determined to be caused by the customer, misuse, neglect, or improper care.

- Customer wear or neglect
- Missing stones after delivery
- Improper handling or storage
