Diamond Policy
At Tines Ranch CO LLC, all diamond pieces are handled with strict quality standards and clear final sale terms to ensure transparency.
Final Sale Notice
All diamond sales are final. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued on diamond purchases, including both natural and lab-grown diamonds.
Once a diamond order is placed, it enters production and cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
Natural & Lab-Grown Diamonds
We offer both natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds depending on the product.
- Natural diamonds may include slight variations in color, clarity, and inclusions, which are natural characteristics and not defects.
- Lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments and share the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds, but may also have minor variations.
All diamond types are carefully selected for quality and appearance.
Jewelry Insurance Requirement
Customers are strongly advised and are responsible for purchasing their own jewelry insurance once their order has shipped. Tines Ranch CO LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
